FIRE FLOW - a new open air production

Choreographed by Andrei Oțetaru, M Studio's latest fire show will premiere on 23 June at 21:30 in the Main Square of Sfântu Gheorghe. Following the success of the company's previous fire juggling production PYRO, another spectacular fire dance will be presented, in which new instruments and new choreography will be brought to life by the company's actors. The new production can be seen on 24 and 27 June, also in the Main Square at 21:30.

PYRO was first performed in 2020 and has been performed nearly 40 times in Sfântu Gheorghe and other Transylvanian cities. As a continuation of the positive feedback and success with the audience, M Studio actors will once again dazzle the young and old with a spectacular and sonically rich fire production, which they hope will be received with similar openness.

The music is composed by Alexandru Suciu, and the performers are László Bajkó, Judith Balázs, György Chirițescu, Zoltán Deák, Katalin Gáll, Eszter Nagy, Emilia Polgár, László Szekrényes and Attila Nagy Veres.

The production was supported by the Mayor's Office of Sfântu Gheorghe and the Communitas Foundation.

On 19 and 20 June the company will perform at the Marin Sorescu Theatre in Craiova, with the support of the Romanian National Cultural Fund (Administrația Fondului Cultural Național - AFCN). In the framework of the SHOWCASE M Studio national mobility project, the production The Lesson, choreographed by Arcadie Rusu, will be presented on 19 June, and Are we human or are we dancers?, choreographed by Ioana Marchidan, on 20 June. Both performances will be on show from 5 pm.
